It would appear that Norman Fowler is once again up to his normal tricks and has scammed yet another person out of a large amount of money when they thought they were buying a Rolex watch.

I’ve already been in contact with the new victim who said he arranged to do a deal with Norman Fowler for a Rolex watch which cost over £5000. From what I can make out it sounds like he’s employing his normal tactics to prevent any further action from the victim by giving various excuses, such as “the bank has made an error”! Rolex Scam Con Colchester Essex

I’ve been made aware of yet more scams from Norman Fowler. However, this scam wasn’t for camera equipment, or car parts but was for a Rolex watch. Norman Fowler has a love for Rolex watches and feeds his addiction using a scam or a con or some kind of fraud.

I was already aware that he had already used a scam to obtain a Rolex watch from a fellow in Holland, but we have been contacted by someone who lives in Egypt who has had a Rolex watch taken by some sort of con or fraud. I’ve been advised that the watch was worth £6000 and Norman Fowler used the same address in Colchester, Essex. Continue reading

Does Royal Mail tracking usually update as per the images or is someone within Royal Mail updating information for him?

Royal Mail failed to provide the address where it was going, the size of the package, the weight of the package, or any extra information. Surely all of this is logged when a package is sent? Continue reading

Norman Fowler Vs Justice

Seeing as the police apparently can’t help / won’t help and pretty much told me to deal with the problem however I feel fit, then I am going to try and do what I know, while getting other people to help retrieve my equipment.
