Reporting Norman Fowler To Action Fraud

The report was filed online as follows:

Norman Fowler, a well known fraudster, rented my equipment & has not returned it despite a request on Sunday evening.

He claimed he sent the item to my address, but it went to Newcastle – and looking at his history this is just trying to delay me.

He gave me the address of 83 Propelair Way, Colchester, CO4 5YT. He should technically have a receipt stating the destination of the parcel, including it’s weight etc.

He currently has:
Canon 5D MK III
Canon 7D
Canon 24-70mm f/2.8
Canon 17-40mm f/4
Canon 10-22mm
Canon 430ex
Lowepro backpack
Various accessories

He also found my phone in his car and hasn’t returned this item. I didn’t have a rental agreement relating to this item so maybe this part could be considered theft?

I think this is time sensitive and would appreciate a quick response, Colchester police haven’t even replied to my emails (I emailed 10 police officers there)

Thanks,

Tom

Who did you send that report to I note he claims to be going to return the items have you reported the postal trackig fraud formaly yet this would carry as much weight as the theft by deception of the film equipment and may have a quicker responce and is seen as a seperate offence
